口服北五味子(Schizandra Chinensis Baill)醇溶性部分能使受半致死剂量全身照射的治疗组小鼠存活率达到80%,死亡小鼠平均存活期从10.5天延长到15天。预防组的存活率达到68.4%。醇溶性部分也能调整受照射小鼠的神经活动。在受~(60)Co约1070rad全身照射小白鼠的预防组或治疗组中,北五味子煎剂均能提高肝、脑和肌肉的抗氧化能力,治疗组高于预防组。五味子素粗晶及五味子乙素,无论在体内外都能提高肝及脑对脂类过氧化作用的抗氧化能力。
Oral administration of the alcohol-soluble fraction of Schizandra Chinensis Baill resulted in a survival rate of 80% in mice treated with a semi-lethal dose of whole body irradiation and an average survival of 10.5 days to 15 days in the dead mice. The survival rate of the prevention group reached 68.4%. Alcohol-soluble moieties also modulate neural activity in irradiated mice. In the prevention or treatment group treated with ~ (60) Co about 1070rad whole body irradiation, Beiwuweizi decoction could improve the antioxidant capacity of liver, brain and muscle in treatment group than in prevention group. Schisandrin crude crystals and Schisandrin B, both in vitro and in vivo can improve the antioxidant capacity of the liver and brain lipid peroxidation.
