对我国松毛虫赤眼蜂北方的吉林种群和南方的浙江种群,以麦蛾卵作寄主养,利用低温、短光照诱导滞育,比较两种群对滞育诱导反应的差异。虽然两种群的滞育率始终都较低,在5~33%之间波动,但结果仍表明,吉林种群比浙江种群对滞育诱导更为敏感,滞育率在一些代次中显著为高。但同时种群内代次间滞育率有显著差异,导致有些代次内两种群间的滞育率差异不显著。作为本系列论文的最后一篇,本文还对我国松毛虫赤眼蜂种下变异的状况及其影响因子、种群间生物学特性比较试验的方法问题等做了简要讨论。
The differences between the two populations in diapause induction response were compared between Jilin population of northeast Trichogramma decumbens and Zhejiang population in southern China by using moth’s eggs as host culture and low temperature and short light illumination. Although the diapause rates of both populations were always low and fluctuated between 5 and 33%, the results still indicated that Jilin population was more sensitive to diapause induction than Zhejiang population, and diapause rate was significantly higher in some generations . However, at the same time, there was a significant difference in the rate of diapause among the sub-populations in the population, resulting in no significant difference in the diapause rate between the two populations in some generations. As the last article in this series, this paper also briefly discussed the status of the variation of Trichogramma dendrolimi and its influencing factors in China, and the methods of comparative experiments on the biological characteristics among populations.
