结合当前我国发动机型号研制中可靠性工作存在的问题,本文论述了航空发动机研制中可靠性工作应把握的总体思路和方法。通过对航空发动机通用规范中可靠性工作条款内容的分析,提出了发动机可靠性应以确定型号研制规范和研制过程中的故障归零工作为重点的具体建议,着重指出必须加强从事发动机一线设计工程技术人员的可靠性工作理念和掌握基本的理论方法,发动机的可靠性才能从根本上得到保证。
Combined with the current problems of reliability work in the development of engine models in our country, this paper discusses the general ideas and methods that should be grasped for the reliability work in the development of aeroengines. Based on the analysis of the contents of the reliability work clause in the general specification of aeroengine, the author puts forward concrete suggestions that the reliability of aeroengine should be focused on the specification of the research and development of the model and the work of returning to zero in the process of development, stressing that it is necessary to strengthen the design of the first- Technical staff of the concept of reliability and master the basic theoretical methods, the reliability of the engine can be fundamentally guaranteed.
