睡眠障碍(sleep disorder,SD)系睡眠-觉醒过程中表现出来的各种功能障碍,是在睡眠过程中出现的各种心理行为的异常表现,可影响儿童的生长发育、认知功能,并引起疲倦、注意力不集中、易激惹等,甚至会影响儿童的免疫功能,其病因复杂,发病机制尚未明了,可能与遗传因素、家庭环境、神经递质紊乱以及血中金属离子浓度改变等有关。本研究对儿童睡眠障碍进行调查,并测定血铅水平,旨在探讨二者之间的联系,以期对儿童睡眠障碍的早期预防和治疗提供依据。
Sleep disorder (SD) is a kind of dysfunction manifested in the process of sleep-wake. It is an abnormal manifestation of various psychological behaviors during sleep, which may affect children’s growth and development and cognitive function. Tiredness, inattention, irritability, and even affect children’s immune function, its etiology is complex, the pathogenesis is not yet clear, and may be related to genetic factors, family environment, neurotransmitter disorders and changes in the concentration of metal ions such as blood . This study investigated children with sleep disorders and measured blood lead levels in order to explore the relationship between the two, with a view to providing evidence for early prevention and treatment of sleep disorders in children.
