在同一色谱柱的条件下,采用程序升温的气相色谱方法对20%三唑磷.氯氰菊酯乳油中有效组分进行分析研究。采用5%OV-101/Gas Chrom Q为填充物的玻璃柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以癸二酸二正辛酯为内标物,丙酮作溶剂,测出三唑磷、内标物和氯氰菊酯的保留时间分别为3.0 min,5.6 min,10.8 min。研究表明三唑磷和氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.15和0.041,变异系数分别为0.80%和2.19%,平均回收率分别为99.83%和100.22%;线性相关系数分别为0.99981和0.99982。
Under the same chromatographic conditions, the active constituents of 20% triazophos and cypermethrin EC were analyzed by gas chromatography with temperature program. Using 5% OV-101 / Gas Chrom Q as packed glass column and flame ionization detector, with di-n-octyl sebacate as internal standard, acetone as solvent, measured triazophos, internal standard And cypermethrin retention time were 3.0 min, 5.6 min, 10.8 min. The results showed that the standard deviations of triazophos and cypermethrin were 0.15 and 0.041, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.80% and 2.19%, respectively. The average recoveries were 99.83% and 100.22% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.99981 and 0.99982 respectively.
