目的 观察角膜碱烧伤后病理组织和纤维结合蛋白的变化 ,以探讨其在临床上的作用。方法 在家兔角膜碱烧伤模型中 ,用病理和免疫组化方法观察其变化。结果 10只眼在5~ 10 d发生角膜溃疡 ,5只眼在 7~ 12 d发生角膜穿孔。烧伤后角膜纤维连接蛋白(fibronectin,FN)增多 ,与炎症反应相一致。结论 FN参与角膜碱烧伤全过程 ,并担负修复和治疗作用。
Objective To observe the changes of pathological tissues and fibronectin after corneal alkali burn in order to explore its clinical role. Methods Rabbit corneal alkali burn model, pathological and immunohistochemical methods to observe the changes. Results Corneal ulcer occurred in 10 eyes from 5 to 10 days and corneal perforation occurred in 5 eyes from 7 to 12 days. After burn, corneal fibronectin (FN) increased, consistent with the inflammatory response. Conclusion FN is involved in the whole process of corneal alkali burn and is responsible for the repair and treatment.
