为了获得抽屉导轨辊弯成形合理的工艺参数,针对某一产品的中滑轨,利用理论计算和计算机有限元模拟相结合的方法,进行了分析与计算。结果表明,辊弯成形时需要10道次完成,导轨底部与竖边(S型)的交接处在不同道次上的辊弯角iθ在23°~118°之间。将模拟所得到结果应用到生产实际,可保证辊弯成形的精度要求。
In order to obtain the reasonable process parameters of roller draw forming of the drawer guide rail, aiming at the middle slide rail of a certain product, the method of theoretical calculation and computer finite element simulation is used to carry out the analysis and calculation. The results show that the roll bending takes 10 passes to complete the roll angle iθ of the intersection between the bottom of the track and the vertical edge (S type) on different passes between 23 ° and 118 °. The simulation results will be applied to the actual production, to ensure the accuracy of roll forming requirements.
