肌营养不良症国内外报告不少,但眼肌型少见。国内沈氏(中华神经精神科杂志 1963;7:73。1980;13:241)报告8例,本文报告3例。 例1 男,25岁,10岁被他人发现眼睑下垂,约至20岁仰头行走,眼球活动受限。21岁因右眼角膜云翳导致失明。伴有四肢无力,上肢为著。无家族史。查体心肺阴性。眼睑下垂掩盖瞳孔上1/2,眼球固定。肩胛带肌、四肢近端的肌肉对称性轻度萎缩,肌力Ⅵ级。生理深反射存在对称,未引出病 Muscular dystrophy report a lot of domestic and foreign, but rare eye muscle type.
