公安教育训练工作已经进入了一个新的发展阶段,学历教育中的许多教学内容与教学模式在倡导以提升警察能力为主的“大教育、大培训”模式下,将面临重大改革,其中,心理教学是一重要方面。当前,公安院校心理学教学存在的主要问题有:教育理念存在偏差、教学体系单一、教学内容陈旧、教材缺乏层次;改革心理教学,应构建以训为主,训教结合的培训理念,完善教育内容、打造心理教育训练专家团队和改革教学方法。
