报业集团的产业价值链是指以报刊采编出版为基础,以提供读者信息需求、减少信息不对称为目的相关的资源配置和组合。它由报刊发行、报刊广告、报刊印刷、新闻网站、信息服务等业务构成,以报刊采编为核心。其中每一类业务都是实现其市场价值的必要环节,每一类业务都可以为其价值的增值发挥作用。因此如何能够合理处理好价值链各个环节的关系,最终促进我国整个报业价值链的完善,进而推动我国报业集团的蓬勃发展是本文所要研究的重点。
