随着国内经济快速的发展,部分集团公司的经营规模随之得到发展,集团公司由于企业规模较大、企业设计业务范畴较大,其企业内部结构相对复杂,因此在财务管理方面存在着诸多难点。集团公司财务管理一直是企业内部的重点以及难点问题,在多年的发展中也呈现出多种管理方式,而集中管理是现代集团公司内部常见财务管理方式。本文将以集团公司为核心,展开集团公司内部财务集中管理所存在的问题探究,并提出应对政策。
