目的:总结分析新生儿病区护理中风险管理的应用价值。方法:分析医院新生儿病区护理过程中的风险因素,采取风险管理,总结风险管理实施后的效果。结果:在护理缺陷发生率及患儿家属护理满意度等方面,风险管理实施后,与实施前比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿病区护理过程中采用风险管理,能够降低新生儿护理缺陷发生率,提升服务质量。 Objective: To summarize and analyze the value of risk management in neonatal ward care. Methods: To analyze the risk factors of neonatal ward nursing in hospital, take risk management and summarize the effect of risk management. Results: After the implementation of risk management, there was significant difference (P <0.05) between the incidence of nursing defects and the satisfaction of family members of the patients after implementation of risk management. Conclusion: Risk management in neonatal ward nursing can reduce the incidence of neonatal nursing defects and improve service quality.
