水为生命之源,健康之本。水是最基本、最重要的营养素,饮水数量和水质,直接关系到人的健康长寿。人可以几天不吃饭,也可以几天不睡觉,但不能几天不喝水。然而,目前国内作为居民健康饮食指南的膳食宝塔,并没有水的部分。而在国外近年许多营养专著在阐述膳食宝塔(国外称食物金字塔)时,均把水列入膳食宝塔重要组成。我们建议把水也列入膳食宝塔中,成为您膳食生活的一个重要部分,养成每天饮7~8杯水的好习惯。
