目的:研究从中草药红纹马先蒿提取的PPG的抗氧化和络合作用.方法:用FeSO4依他酸引发亚油酸过氧化,用硫代巴比妥酸法测过氧化产物.用差示光谱法测对Fe2+的络合作用.结果:对照组脂类过氧化速率(A532·min-1)为00046,毛蕊花苷组为00021,异毛蕊花苷组为00008.异毛蕊花苷络合Fe2+的能力2倍于毛蕊花苷.多甲基毛蕊花苷既无抗氧化力(氧化速率00041)也无络合作用.结论:具有酚羟基的PPG的抗氧化作用正是通过它们的络合特性起作用的.在生理条件下,PPGFe2+络合很稳定,因此PPG在整体中也能像离体时那样抑制Fe2+催化的脂类过氧化.

Objective : To study the antioxidation and complexation of PPG extracted from Chinese herbal medicine, Prof. Methods: Peroxidation of linoleic acid was induced by FeSO4isobutyric acid, and oxidation products were measured by thiobarbituric acid method. The complexation of Fe2+ was measured by differential spectroscopy. RESULTS: Lipid peroxidation rate (A532 min-1) was 00046 in the control group, 00021 in the verbascoside group, and 00008 in the isberangin group. Iverarten is 2 times more potent than verbascoside in complexing Fe2+. Polymethyl verbascoside has neither antioxidant activity (oxidation rate 00041) nor complexation. Conclusion: The antioxidation of PPG with phenolic hydroxyl groups acts through their complexing properties. Under physiological conditions, PPG-Fe2+ complexation is very stable, so PPG can also inhibit Fe2+-catalyzed lipid peroxidation as it did in vitro.
