知识导向IT能力与知识管理战略如何匹配及匹配对技术创新绩效的影响,是知识管理和创新领域的前沿问题之一。本文从匹配视角出发,构建了知识导向IT能力与知识管理战略的二维匹配模式,运用单因素方差分析(ANOVA)和独立样本T检验法进行实证检验,探索了匹配与技术创新绩效的关系。研究结果表明,知识导向IT能力与知识管理战略存在四种匹配模式,其中,知识导向IT能力(知识广度高、知识深度高)与积极人际化战略匹配;知识导向IT能力(知识广度低、知识深度高)与保守人际化战略匹配;知识导向IT能力(知识广度高、知识深度低)与积极编码化战略匹配;知识导向IT能力(知识广度低、知识深度低)与保守编码化战略匹配。另外,知识导向IT能力与知识管理战略的四种匹配模式更能促进技术创新绩效。本文的研究丰富了IT能力与知识管理战略匹配的相关理论,开拓了变量之间多维匹配的新思路,为管理者正确选择知识管理战略、提升企业技术创新绩效提供了实践启示。
Knowledge-oriented How IT capabilities and knowledge management strategies match and match the impact of technological innovation performance is one of the frontier issues in the field of knowledge management and innovation. From the perspective of matching, this paper constructs a two-dimensional matching model based on knowledge-oriented IT capabilities and knowledge management strategies. Empirical test is conducted by one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and independent sample T-test to explore the relationship between matching and technological innovation performance. The results show that there are four matching modes between knowledge-oriented IT capabilities and knowledge management strategies. Among them, knowledge-oriented IT capabilities (high breadth of knowledge and high depth of knowledge) are matched with positive interpersonal strategies; knowledge-oriented IT capabilities Depth of Knowledge) match with conservative interpersonal strategies; Knowledge-oriented IT capabilities (high breadth of knowledge, low depth of knowledge) match positive coding strategies; Knowledge-oriented IT capabilities (low breadth of knowledge, low depth of knowledge) match conservative coding strategies. In addition, the four matching models of knowledge-oriented IT capabilities and knowledge management strategies can further promote the performance of technological innovation. The research in this paper enriches the relevant theories of IT ability and knowledge management strategy matching, opens up new ideas for multi-dimensional matching between variables, and provides practical enlightenment for managers to correctly choose knowledge management strategy and enhance enterprise’s technological innovation performance.
