蔬菜中硝态氮含量的高低直接影响人畜对硝态氮的摄取问题。我们从施肥角度进行了试验和测定方法的研究。 试验分大田和盆栽,设四个处理如下:不施肥:(CK)、亩施4000斤猪厩肥(M)、亩施尿素40斤(N),亩施4000斤猪厩肥加140斤尿素(MN)。菠菜、小白菜测全株可食部分的硝态氮含量(鲜样)。对大白菜以每层每片叶分别测定。并作了大白菜贮存后
