在高校学生管理工作中,大学新生适应性问题是教育界频频论及的课题,各高校都逐步开展新生适应性教育。对于刚入学的大一新生而言,面对的是一个全新的环境、全新的学习、全新的生活,而他们又缺乏必要的心理和思想准备。感到无所适从,精神压力甚太,从而产生种种不良情绪和心态。这些不良情绪和特殊心态严重影响着大学新生的起步和发展,以及健全人格的形成。要解决此现象需要老师积极引导,新生自己也要提高认识,调整自己,加强锻炼,做到全面、自由、和谐的发展。为此,大学思想教育工作者越须重视大学新生的适应性教育,井采取积极的对策。
In the management of college students, the adaptability of freshmen is a topic frequently discussed by the education community, and all colleges and universities are gradually adapting to newborn education. For new freshmen, they are confronted with a brand new environment, new learning and new life, and they lack the necessary psychological and mental preparation. Feel at a loss, mental stress is too high, resulting in a variety of negative emotions and mentality. These bad emotions and special mentality seriously affect the start and development of college freshmen, as well as the formation of sound personality. To solve this problem, teachers need to be actively guided. Freshmen should also raise their awareness, adjust themselves and strengthen their training so as to achieve a comprehensive, free and harmonious development. Therefore, the more ideological education workers in colleges and universities should attach importance to the adaptability education of college freshmen, and take active measures.
