为了解兰州市中小企业职业卫生现况,探讨有效的职业病防治对策。随机抽取兰州市110家中小企业并采用调查表法进行调查。结果显示职工的劳动合同签订率为28.1%;进行职业病危害项目申报、预评价、控制效果评价的企业分别为9.9%、11.8%、11.8%;有职业病防治措施的企业为18%~38%,采取防护措施的企业为39.1%,有警示标识的企业为31.8%,上岗前、在岗时、离岗时职业健康体检的企业分别为14.6%、33.6%、8.2%。该市中小企业职业卫生状况不容乐观。
To understand the status quo of occupational health in small and medium-sized enterprises in Lanzhou, this paper discusses effective prevention and treatment measures of occupational diseases. A total of 110 small and medium-sized enterprises in Lanzhou were randomly selected and surveyed. The results showed that the signing rate of employees’ labor contracts was 28.1%; that of enterprises applying for occupational disease hazard reporting, pre-evaluation and control effectiveness was 9.9%, 11.8% and 11.8% respectively; that of enterprises with prevention and treatment of occupational diseases was 18% -38% 39.1% of the enterprises took protective measures and 31.8% of the enterprises with warning signs. Occupational health examination before departure and on post were 14.6%, 33.6% and 8.2% respectively. The city’s occupational health status of SMEs can not be optimistic.
