目的探讨正常组和糖尿病肾病患者半乳凝素-3水平及其与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法选取糖尿病肾病66例、非糖尿病肾病59例,正常对照60例;于入院第1天检测各组肝肾功能、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿白蛋白、尿球蛋白、尿视黄醇结合蛋白、尿B2微球蛋白、24小时尿蛋白(UP)、血浆脑利钠肽前体(Pro-BNP)和血清半乳糖凝素.3水平,记录各项临床数据。结果糖尿病肾病组与非糖尿病肾病组两组患者pro-BNP、半乳糖凝集素-3、DM持续时间及HbAlc都具显著性差异(P<0.05),糖尿病肾病患者血清Log半乳糖凝素.3与Log Glu无相关(r=0.121,P=0.205),并与年龄(r=0.089,P=0.316)及性别(r=0.035,P=0.723)无相关性;而与LogUP呈正相关(r=0.621,P=0.002),与Log pro-BNP呈正相关(r=0.718,P=0.003),且与DM持续时间呈正相关(r=0.761,P=0.003)。结论半乳糖凝素-3能很好地反映糖尿病肾病肾小球受损程度,并间接反映糖尿病病程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between galectin-3 level and diabetic nephropathy in normal group and diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods Sixty-six cases of diabetic nephropathy, 59 cases of non-diabetic nephropathy and 60 cases of normal control were selected. On the first day after admission, liver and renal function, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary albumin, urinary globulin, urine retinol binding protein , Urinary B2 microglobulin, 24-hour urinary protein (UP), Pro-BNP, and serum galectin-3 levels were recorded and clinical data were recorded. Results There were significant differences in pro-BNP, galectin-3, DM duration and HbAlc between diabetic nephropathy group and non-diabetic nephropathy group (P <0.05), and serum Log galactosidase in diabetic nephropathy.3 (R = 0.121, P = 0.205), and no correlation with Log Glu (r = 0.121, P = 0.205) 0.621, P = 0.002), which was positively correlated with Log pro-BNP (r = 0.718, P = 0.003) and positively correlated with DM duration (r = 0.761, P = 0.003). Conclusion Galectin-3 can well reflect the degree of glomerular damage in diabetic nephropathy and indirectly reflect the course of diabetes mellitus.
