近年来,高校图书馆的新建、规模、技术和业务量都发生了很大的变化,但是在很多高校中图书馆的地位却并未得到相应的提高,我想这既有图书馆人员自身不足的原因,也有学院、校领导和有关行政管理部门认识上的偏差。本文从目前高校图书馆的地位、人员结构、优化馆员队伍建设、如何通过馆员自身的努力来实现个人价值等方面,对于如何提升图书馆在高校中的地位提出了一些观点和看法。
