本文采用问卷咨询和追踪调查法 ,对 383例脑血管意外患者的一般情况、主要临床表现、致病危险诱因及康复期健康需求进行了调查分析。调查发现 :康复期患者对继续得到良好医疗和护理 ,对掌握必要的医疗、急救、护理、用药、康复训练指导、良好的生活方式和致病诱因等内容需求欲望较大 ,且患者家属对掌握医疗护理的健康行为等内容呼声最高 ,因此 ,加大CVA康复期患者及家属的健康教育 ,对提高CVA患者的生存及生活质量具有极其重要的意义 In this paper, questionnaire survey and follow-up survey were used to investigate the general conditions, main clinical manifestations, risk factors of pathogenic risk, and health needs during rehabilitation in 383 cerebrovascular accident patients. The survey found that: Patients in rehabilitation period continue to receive good medical care and care, and they have a greater desire for mastering necessary medical treatment, first aid, nursing, medication, rehabilitation training guidance, good lifestyle, and pathogenic incentives, and the families of patients are in control. The health behaviors of medical care and other contents are the most appealing. Therefore, increasing the health education of CVA rehabilitation patients and their families is of great importance in improving the survival and quality of life of CVA patients.
