真协商面对面恳谈不走过场【镜头】邳州板材行业15位职工方代表与15位企业方代表相对而坐。此次工资协商内容共有5个方面,双方代表重点协商了非计件制职工技术等级工资和企业二次分配的问题,但没能达成一致。特别是在企业二次分配一事上,职工方代表要求企业每年拿出10%的利润来奖励职工;企业方代表认为比例太高,且不应写入协商协议。双方互不相让,协商一度进入僵持状态。后来职工方将比例调整为5%至10%,“奖金可多可少,但是不能没有”。企业方内部仍有分歧,“我们提倡这么做,但是目前不能写入协议”。双方最后决定以后再谈。
