The development of folk culture in the Central Plains has been developing for a long time. In order to deeply study folk culture resources in the Central Plains, this paper reviews the history, culture, geography and religion of the Central Plains through consulting relevant literature, Beliefs and so on to make a systematic analysis of the folklore physical culture in Central Plains to explore the formation and development of a comprehensive factor, a comprehensive understanding of the Central Plains folklore sports culture, to carry forward the tradition, excavation of the modern value of folk sports development has a very significant significance.
