现将卫生部、国家中医管理局《关于颁发<禁止食品加药卫生管理办法>的通知》转发给你们,并提出以下贯彻意见,请一并遵照执行。一、各地卫生部门要按照《禁止食品加药卫生管理办法》(以下简称《管理办法》)的规定,对生产经营加药食品的情况进行认真清理。对于生产经营不符合《管理办法》规定的加药食品,要坚决予以取缔。生产符合《管理办法》第七条规定食品的企业,限于一九八八年五月一日前办理报批手续。属第七条一款规定的食品品种,其审批程序是:由所在地县卫生部门初审,市、地、州卫生部门复审后报省食品卫生监督检验所审定,然后由我厅批准并报卫生部备案。
