[目的 /意义]揭示任务执行者特征对网络信息搜寻行为的影响,为网络环境下个性化服务提供科学依据。[方法 /过程]共邀请101名对象参加实验研究,并通过调查问卷获得任务执行者特征数据,通过客户端日志获得网络信息搜寻行为数据,利用统计学方法对数据进行分析。[结果 /结论]任务执行者的认知需求对所有SERPs停留总时间、页面停留总时间有重要影响;已有知识对所有SERPs总数量、唯一页面第一次停留平均时间有重要影响;文化程度对页面停留平均时间有重要影响;性别和认知风格对信息搜寻行为变量不具重要影响。 [Purpose / Significance] Reveal the impact of task executor characteristics on network information search behavior and provide scientific basis for personalized service in network environment. [Methods / Procedures] A total of 101 subjects were invited to participate in the experimental study. The questionnaire was used to obtain the data of task executors’ characteristics. The data of network information searching activities were obtained through the client log and the data were analyzed by statistical methods. [Results / Conclusions] The cognitive needs of mission executor have a significant impact on the total stay of all SERPs and total page stay time; the existing knowledge has an important effect on the total number of all SERPs and the average time spent on the first page of a single page; Have an important effect on the average time spent on page breaks; gender and cognitive styles have no significant impact on information-seeking behavioral variables.
