在企事业单位中,人力资源的管理工作对整个企业和事业单位的发展起着至关重要的作用,而人力资源统计工作是人力资源管理工作中的一个中间环节和重要组成部分。在我国的绝大多数企事业管理工作中,人力资源统计工作一直是实现企事业人力改革的基础,是企事业进行各项工作的前提条件。但是,当前在国内的企事业中,在人力资源管理工作中最主要的问题就是人力资源统计工作。在领导不重视的情况下常常会导致企事业的人力资源工作和人力资源统计工作无法得到有效的实施。所以,今后企事业在发展过程中要多注重人力资源统计工作,以便能够促进人力资源管理工作顺利的进行。
