传统的低频减载一般不考虑抽水蓄能的调节作用,抽水蓄能在抽水工况下相当于负荷。文中提出在电网发生大规模功率缺额导致频率急剧下降的情况下,在特定频率段采用低频切泵配合低频减载的方法来抑制电网频率下降,减小切负荷量;重点研究了低频切泵和低频减载的协调,给出了两者优化目标函数及其约束条件;运用惩罚函数法优化计算结果,得到最佳低频切泵方案。最后,利用仿真软件模拟故障场景进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,所提出的方法能有效抑制电网频率崩溃。
The traditional low-frequency load shedding generally does not consider the regulation of pumped storage, pumped storage in pumping conditions is equivalent to the load. It is proposed that the low frequency cut pump and the low frequency load shedding should be used to suppress the grid frequency drop and the load shedding under the condition of large power shortfall leading to the sharp drop of the frequency in the power grid. The coordination of low-frequency load shedding is given, and the objective function and constraint conditions of the two are given. The penalty function method is used to optimize the calculation result to get the best low-frequency cutting solution. Finally, the simulation software is used to simulate the fault scenarios and the simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the grid frequency collapse.
