思想政治教育作为学生管理工作的重要组成部分,在学生管理中发挥着重要的作用。对于高职院校来说,如何利用思想政治教育开展学生管理工作,提升学生管理水平,受到高职院校的普遍关注。对此,文章通过阐述高职院校思想政治教育的作用,分析高职院校学生管理中思想政治教育存在的问题,同时提出解决高职院校学生管理中思想政治教育问题的具体措施,为高职院校组织开展学生管理工作提供参考。
