在人事档案管理工作中,如何结合新的时代背景,不断更新,是档案管理部门中急需解决的一个问题。尤其在信息化时代,机关单位在人事制度不断变更的情况下,人事档案管理工作的弊端逐渐显露出来。本文主要对我国人事制度的变迁情况以及人事档案的地位变化情况进行分析,探讨在人事制度变迁的环境中做好人事档案管理工作的措施。
In the management of personnel files, how to combine the background of the new times and keep updating is an urgent problem to be solved in the file management department. Especially in the era of informationization, the institutional units gradually reveal the drawbacks of the management of personnel files in the ever-changing personnel system. This paper mainly analyzes the changes of the personnel system and the changes of the status of personnel files in our country and discusses the measures to do a good job in the management of personnel files in the environment of personnel system changes.
