我国延迟焦化汽油的辛烷值低,烯烃含量很高(约50%),稳定性极差。采用加氢异构化方法,不仅能大幅度提高汽油的辛烷值,而且还能大大增强汽油的稳定性和改善其它性质。本文初步考察了在219型催化剂存在下,焦化汽油加氢异构化过程的操作变数以及加硫和脱氮对催化剂活性的影响;同时还用正庚烷及其掺合物考察了焦化汽油中存在的芳烃和大量烯烃在加氢异构化过程中的作用。由此确定了催化剂的最佳操作条件,讨论了各种因素对催化剂的加氢与异构化活性的影响以及催化剂的氮中毒问题。
China delayed coking gasoline octane number is low, high olefin content (about 50%), very poor stability. The use of hydroisomerization can not only greatly improve the octane number of gasoline, but also greatly enhance the stability of gasoline and improve other properties. In this paper, the operating variables of hydroisomerization of coker gasoline and the effect of sulfur addition and denitrification on the catalyst activity were investigated in the presence of 219 catalyst. At the same time, the effects of n-heptane and its blends on the catalytic activity of coker gasoline The role of aromatics and a large number of olefins present in the hydroisomerization process. The optimal operating conditions of the catalyst were determined. The effects of various factors on the hydrogenation and isomerization activity of the catalyst and the nitrogen poisoning of the catalyst were discussed.
