一、前言结缕草(Zoysia japonica steud)是禾本科结缕草属多年生低矮植物,分布于中国、日本及朝鲜,我国在上海、南京等城市已经有140余年的栽培历史,目前已引种到哈尔滨、北京、兰州等城市作草坪草。但由于其种子外的颖片上有蜡质层,使种子的发芽率很低,发芽所需时间较长,长期以来只能靠挖草皮、种草根进行繁殖,或者利用成片的野生草皮直接切取来铺设草坪,因此它的发展一直受到限制。本试验研究的目的,就是对结缕草种子施用不同的处理方法,从中筛选出提高种子发芽率的最有效措施,以指导生产实践。
I. Introduction Zoysia japonica steud is a perennial low-plant of Zoysiagrass distributed in China, Japan and North Korea. China has more than 140 years of cultivation history in Shanghai, Nanjing and other cities and has been introduced to Harbin, Beijing, Lanzhou and other cities for lawn grass. However, due to the waxy layer on the glumes outside the seeds, the germination rate of the seeds is very low and the germination takes a long time. Only by digging the turf and breeding the grass roots for a long time can be directly used To lay the lawn, so its development has been limited. The purpose of this experimental study is to apply different treatments to the seed of Zoysiagrass and select the most effective measures to improve the seed germination rate so as to guide the production practice.
