神经保护剂临床研究未取得显著进展使神经血管单元成为中风病的研究热点。地黄是中医治疗中风病的传统用药之一,地黄梓醇是其主要有效成份。总结了地黄梓醇在脑保护方面的研究文献,分别从神经元细胞、脑胶质细胞、微血管生成三个方面进行阐述,以为地黄梓醇在神经保护方面的深入研究指明方向。 No significant progress has been made in the clinical research of neuroprotective agents to make neurovascular units a hot research topic in stroke. Rehmannia is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment of stroke one of the drugs, land yellow catalpol is its main active ingredient. Summarize the literatures about the protective effects of radix catalpol in the brain, which are described from three aspects of neuron cells, glial cells and angiogenesis, respectively. We think that the direction of neuroprotection of radix quinquerella in the further research is pointed out.
