光卤石冷结晶工艺是近期发展的新技术,上海化工研究院与化工矿山设计研究院采用光卤石冷结晶—浮选法制取粗粒氯化钾,提高了对光卤石原矿变化的适应性。但在试验过程中发现,产品质量显著低于冷分解浮选的精矿,技术组多方查找原因,镜下鉴定发现冷结晶粗钾中团聚体的量比冷分解粗钾中明显增加,这种在冷结晶过程中产主的氯化钾和氯化钠团聚体,导致浮选分离中产品质量差。
