运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对“健康第一”指导思想和学校体育目的功能进行反思,旨在厘清“健康第一”和学校体育之间的关系,纠正认识上的偏差,更好地贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想和促进学校体育的发展。研究认为,健康是一个多因素综合性社会问题,并非学校体育一个方面的问题;“健康第一”指导思想针对的是整个学校教育,并非专指学校体育;“健康第一”是学校体育宏观目标,并非具体目标;健康促进是学校体育的基本功能,并非唯一功能;体育教学要强化技术教学,并非要淡化技术教学。
Using the methods of documentation and logic analysis to reflect on the guiding ideology of “health first” and the purpose of school physical education, the paper aims to clarify the relationship between “health first” and school physical education and correct the deviation of cognition , Better implement the “health first” guiding ideology and promote the development of school physical education. According to the research, health is a multi-factor comprehensive social problem and not a problem of school physical education. The guiding ideology of “health first” is aimed at the whole school education, not specifically referring to school physical education. “Health First” Is the macroscopic goal of school sports, not a specific goal; health promotion is the basic function of school sports, not the only function; physical education to strengthen the teaching of technology, not to dilute the technical teaching.
