中国劳动力密集型农产品出口市场结构与定位分析

本文利用1992~2002年的国别贸易数据,实证分析了中国的3类主要劳动力密集型农产品——肉类产品、蔬菜水果产品和水产品的出口市场结构及目标市场定位的现状和演化。分析表明,中国对各主要出口市场的贸易扩张并不平衡,对个别市场扩张趋势过于强烈,而对其他正在发展的市场关注不够。这样,不仅易引发一些国家利用各种非关税壁垒措施阻碍中国向其出口,而且,不利于中国对世界市场的长期开发并提高占有率。由此,本文提出了进一步优化出口目标市场结构、充分利用国际贸易的进口市场空间和贸易潜力的政策建议,为进一步提高中国劳动力密集型农产品出口的世界市场占有率提供决策参考。 Based on the national trade data from 1992 to 2002, this paper empirically analyzes the current situation and evolution of the export market structure and target market orientation of three major types of labor-intensive agricultural products in China - meat products, fruits and vegetables and aquatic products. The analysis shows that China’s trade expansion to major export markets is not balanced, its expansion towards individual markets is too strong, and its attention to other developing markets is not enough. In this way, it will not only easily lead some countries to use various non-tariff barriers to hinder the export to China, but will also be detrimental to China’s long-term development of world markets and increase its share. Therefore, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to further optimize the export market structure and make full use of the import market space and trade potential of international trade, and provide a reference for further improving the market share of China’s labor-intensive agricultural products export.
