本文主要就数控专业高技能人才培养模式展开了相关的分析与探讨。首先就高技能数控人才的内涵与特征展开了简要阐述,而后对于高技能数控人才培养模式的构建,通过构建实用型核心课程体系、注重知识实用价值、重点培养实操能力、加强职业素质培养等四方面进行了深入研究,结合本次研究,最终提出了加强师资队伍建设、注重开辟第二课堂、建设人才实训基地、积极拓宽培养渠道等高技能数控人才培养策略。希望借助于本文的分析研究,能够为相关的数控专业高技能人才培养提供一些可供参考的内容。
This article mainly analyzes and discusses the training model of high-skilled personnel in NC specialty. First of all, the connotation and characteristics of high-skilled CNC personnel are briefly described. After that, the construction of high-skilled NC talents training mode is constructed by constructing a practical core curriculum system, focusing on the practical value of knowledge, focusing on practical ability and professional quality training In the end, the paper puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, pay attention to opening up the second class, building the practical training base and actively broaden the cultivation of high-skilled CNC talents.
