某些颅内肿瘤临床酷似脑血管意外,容易误诊。我院1976～1989年经手术切除病理证实的颅内肿瘤502例,其中25例曾诊断为脑血管疾病,现回顾分析如下。 1 临床资料 本组25例,男14例,女11例,年龄19～66岁,50～69岁占15例(60％)。出现症状时间3h～1个月,24h以内8例,1d 5例,1周4例,2～3周4例,1个月4例。头痛12例,偏瘫16例,意识障碍12例, Some intracranial tumors resemble cerebrovascular accidental clinical, easily misdiagnosed.
