针对目前常用的防治高硫矿石自燃的阻化剂存在的不足,开发一种以水玻璃为基料的凝胶泡沫阻化剂来预防硫化矿石自燃的新方法。采用四因素三水平正交试验、凝胶时间试验和氧化增重对比阻化试验,研究凝胶泡沫阻化剂的配方、配比及其对硫化矿石自燃的阻化效果。结果表明,凝胶泡沫阻化剂的最佳配方为:发泡剂为月桂酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)按2∶3比例复配,质量分数为0.6%;稳泡剂为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na),质量分数为0.1%;凝胶剂水玻璃质量分数为10%;交联剂碳酸氢钠质量分数为2%;该配方形成的阻化剂对硫化矿石自燃的平均阻化率为86%。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the commonly used anti-oxidants in the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of high-sulfur ore, a new method of preventing spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore by developing a hydrogel-based gel inhibitor is proposed. The four factors and three levels of orthogonal test, gel time test and oxidation weight gain contrast resistance test were used to study the formulation and proportioning of gel foam inhibitor and its resistance to spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores. The results showed that the best formulation of the gel inhibitor was as follows: the foaming agent was sodium laurate and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in the ratio of 2: 3, the mass fraction was 0.6%; the foam stabilizer was Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na), mass fraction of 0.1%; gel water glass mass fraction of 10%; crosslinking agent sodium bicarbonate mass fraction of 2%; the formulation of the inhibitor of curing The average rate of spontaneous rally was 86%.
