患者,女,38岁,精神分裂症、妄想型。病史4年,首次治疗。嘱胀五氟利多80mg,每周1次,但患者误服为80mg,每日3次。因全身撕裂状不适、静坐不能、入睡困难、失眠多梦、思维贫乏、体力衰弱就诊。此始发现误服五氟利多过量,总量达560mg。相当于1～2月的常规用量。患者神清、语言迟缓、坐立不安,呈焦虑状态。嘱停服该药,加服安坦6mg、谷氨酸1.0g,每日3次,每日静点维生素B_6400mg,25%硫酸镁10～20ml,每日液体量达2500mI。治疗5日后症状减轻。疗程第28日只
