科技园区栏目我国农业已进入新的发展阶段,推进农业结构调整、提高农业整体效益、增加农民收入、改善生态环境、加速农业产业化与现代化进程,必须加强科技引导与示范。农业科技园区作为农业技术组装集成、科技成果转化及现代农业生产的示范载体,是我国新阶段推进新的农业科技革命、实现传统农业向现代农业跨越的必然选择。近年来,我国有关部门和地方建立了一批农业示范园(区)。但是,这些农业示范园(区)存在着一些较普遍的问题,如重复建设,缺乏宏观指导;盲目引进,经济效益不高;产品科技含量偏低,市场竞争能力不强;运行机制不完善,发展缺乏活力等。因此,正确引导和规范现有各类农业示范园(区)健康发展显得迫切需要。我国对农业科技园区的建设与管理的研究还不多,给现有园区的指导有限,在此,我们真诚建议全国各地农业园区加强交流协作,展示先进经验,总结失败教训,给兄弟园区以借鉴,互通有无,共同提高,我们愿为各园区的沟通交流铺路搭桥,望广大农业园区给以支持,在此我们表示感谢。目前,我们希望各同仁就以下问题展开讨论与交流,敬请关注:农业结构调整与园区产品标准化和经营产业化,着重点放在挖掘潜力,增收创效;建立技术培训与技术服务网络体系,促进农业科技成果的转化与推广应用;园区内龙头企业的培养;农? In recent years, a number of agricultural demonstration parks (districts) have been established in relevant departments and localities in China. However, there are some common problems in these agricultural demonstration parks (districts), such as redundant construction, lack of macro-level guidance, blind introduction, low economic returns, low product technology content, weak market competitiveness, and imperfect operating mechanisms. Development lacks vitality. Therefore, it is imperative to correctly guide and standardize the healthy development of various existing agricultural demonstration gardens (districts). There is not much research on the construction and management of agricultural science and technology parks in China, and there is limited guidance for the existing parks. Here, we sincerely recommend that the agricultural parks in all parts of the country strengthen exchanges and cooperation, display advanced experience, summarize failures, and learn from the park for the benefit of the brothers. We would like to exchange ideas and improve them together. We are willing to pave the way for the exchanges and exchanges between the various parks and hope that the large agricultural parks will support them. We would like to express our gratitude here.
