为明确药用植物抱茎苦荬不同部位内生细菌分布及其在植物病害生物防治中的应用价值,采用组织分离法对抱茎苦荬不同部位内生细菌进行了分离。用平板对峙法筛选出具有抑菌活性的菌株,并用生长速率法测定了其代谢物的抑菌活性。结果表明,从抱茎苦荬不同部位共分离到24株内生细菌。其中,15株具有一定的抑菌活性,占分离总数的62.5%;15株中有3株对梨黑斑病病菌、番茄早疫病病菌和番茄灰霉病病菌有较强的抑菌活性,其抑制率为84.2%~92.9%;3株内生细菌代谢物对6种植物病原真菌抑菌活性为8.1%~91.0%,经121℃高温处理后其抑菌活性在0~22.3%之间,表明其3株内生细菌具有较强的抑菌效果。
In order to clarify the distribution of endophytic bacteria in different parts of the medicinal plant Cladosporium mongolicum and its application value in the biological control of plant diseases, the endophytic bacteria in different parts of the experimental group were separated by tissue separation method. The strains with antibacterial activity were screened by plate confrontation method and the antibacterial activities of their metabolites were determined by growth rate method. The results showed that 24 strains of endophytic bacteria were isolated from different parts of Acacia crassicarpa. Among them, 15 strains had certain antibacterial activity, accounting for 62.5% of the total number of isolates; 3 of 15 strains had strong antibacterial activities against Alternaria alternata, Tomato Tolerance and Botrytis cinerea, The inhibitory rates were 84.2% -92.9%. The antibacterial activity of three endophytic bacteria metabolites to the six phytopathogenic fungi was 8.1% ~ 91.0%, and their antibacterial activity was between 0 and 22.3% after being treated at 121 ℃. Show that the three endophytic bacteria have a strong antibacterial effect.
