我国对沥青路面材料的再生利用研究相对较晚,在早期曾利用过废旧沥青来修路,一般只用于轻交通道路、人行道或道路垫层。1983年建设部下达了“废旧沥青混合料再生利用”的研究项目,由上海市政工程研究所牵头,组织相关单位进行专题研究。当时的主攻方向是把渣油路面加适当的轻油软化,代替常规沥青混合料。1991年6月发布的《热拌再生沥青路面施工及验收规程CJJ43-91》,提出了再生沥青混合料所用的矿料、沥青的品质和混合料的技术要求,这些要求主要针对中、轻交通道路。对原路面性能评价、再生剂的选择、施工工艺等方面阐述较少,不能很好地指导施工。沥青路面再生利用应该成为我国公路建设可持续发展和保护生态环境的战略手段。本文主要是对旧沥青路面再生研究的分析和应用进行浅谈。
In our country, the research on the recycling of asphalt pavement materials is relatively late. In the early days, waste asphalt was used to repair roads, which are generally only used for light traffic roads, sidewalks or road cushion. In 1983, the Ministry of Construction issued a research project entitled “Recycling of Used Asphalt Mixture”, led by Shanghai Municipal Engineering Research Institute and organized relevant units to carry out special studies. At that time the main direction is to add the appropriate oil road surface softening oil, instead of conventional asphalt mixture. June 1991 release of “hot mix asphalt pavement construction and acceptance of CJJ43-91 procedures”, put forward the recycled aggregate used in mineral materials, asphalt quality and technical requirements of the mixture, these requirements are mainly for light traffic the way. On the original pavement performance evaluation, choice of regenerant, construction technology and other aspects described less, can not be a good guide to the construction. Recycling of asphalt pavement should become the strategic means of sustainable development and ecological protection of highway construction in China. This article is mainly about the analysis and application of old asphalt pavement regeneration research.
