首先对光纤AMCATV外调制发射机的非线性预失真补偿作了理论分析,在此基础上设计制作了基于热载流子二极管的预失真补偿电路,实际测试结果表明:在50~200MHz,对三次失真抑制最小达12dB,最大达32dB,同时对二次失真没有影响。
Firstly, the nonlinear predistortion compensation of optical AMCATV transmitter is theoretically analyzed. Based on this, a predistortion compensation circuit based on hot carrier diode is designed and manufactured. The actual test results show that at 50 ~ 200MHz, Distortion suppression up to 12dB, up to 32dB, while the second distortion has no effect.
