本文系统地评价了航空螺栓用Ti-22合金棒材的冷镦性能,高低温拉伸、缺口、剪切、冲击、扭转性能,热稳定性能以及光滑和缺口疲劳性能,并与常用螺栓用材Ti-6Al-4V(TC4)和30CrMnSiA进行了对比试验,证明Ti-22合金是作为冷成型中强(σ_b>1100MPa)航空螺栓的理想材料。
This paper systematically evaluated the cold heading performance, high and low temperature tensile, notch, shear, impact, torsion, thermal stability and smooth and notched fatigue properties of Ti-22 alloy bar used in aviation bolts. -6Al-4V (TC4) and 30CrMnSiA. The results show that Ti-22 alloy is the ideal material for cold-formed medium strength (σ_b> 1100MPa) aviation bolts.
