长期以来,上海市城市供水水源主要依赖于黄浦江及其干流,而黄浦江的水源开发和利用已不能适应城市发展的要求。上海青草沙水源地原水工程是改变上海取水、供水格局,提供优质水源,造福上海老百姓的民生工程、实事工程。上海城建隧道股份承建的包括青草沙原水过江管工程和青草沙水源地5号沟泵站。原水过江管工程是目前世界上最长的中等直径盾构法越江隧道之一。采用两台Φ7085mm泥水气压平衡式盾构掘进机,在长江口复杂软土地质条件下、一次性连续掘进7.2km。该工程在建设过程中,管理协调工作量大、风险控制难度大、质量管理要求高。施工期间青草沙过江管工程被评为上海市文明文明工地、上海市安全质量标准化达标考核优良级工地、上海市平安工地、上海市建设工程项目AA级安全文明标准化诚信工地、AAA级安全文明标准化诚信工地。
For a long time, urban water supply in Shanghai mainly relies on the Huangpu River and its main stream, and the development and utilization of water resources in the Huangpu River can no longer meet the requirements of urban development. Shanghai Qingcaosha water source raw water project is to change the Shanghai water, water supply pattern, to provide quality water for the benefit of Shanghai people’s livelihood projects, practical projects. The construction of Shanghai Urban Construction Tunnel shares include Qingcaosha Water Crossing Pipe Project and Qingcaosha Water Source No. 5 Gully Pumping Station. The raw water over-pipe project is one of the longest middle-diameter shield tunnels in the world. Two Φ7085mm mud pressure balanced shield tunnel boring machines are used to carry out continuous tunneling of 7.2km under complex soft soil conditions in the Yangtze River estuary. During the construction of the project, the management and coordination workload is large, the risk control is difficult, and the quality management requirements are high. During construction, Qingcaosha River Pipe Project was rated as Civilized and Civilized Construction Site in Shanghai, Shanghai Quality and Standardization Assessment Site of Excellent Quality and Safety, Shanghai Ping’an Site, AA Class Safety and Civilization Standardization and Integrity Site in Shanghai Construction Project, AAA Safe Civilization Standardization integrity site.
