微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定坚果中钒、钴、钼含量

目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定坚果中钒、钴、钼含量的检测方法。方法以纯硝酸体系作为消解液,用微波消解对样品进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪同时对3个元素进行测定,内标法定量。结果 3个元素均在0~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数大于0.999,钒、钴、钼的检出限(S/N=3)分别为1.80、1.00、5.40μg/kg。在2.00、20.0、40.0μg/L 3个加标水平下,3个元素的回收率在92%~109%之间,相对标准偏差为4.64%~7.55%。结论此方法前处理简便,检测时间短,且精密度高、准确性好,适用于检测坚果中钒、钴、钼等微量元素。 Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of vanadium, cobalt and molybdenum in nuts by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods Pure nitric acid was used as digestion solution. The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion. The three elements were determined simultaneously by ICP - MS, and the contents were determined by internal standard method. Results The linearity of the three elements in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / L was good with a linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999. The detection limits (S / N = 3) of vanadium, cobalt and molybdenum were 1.80,1.00 and 5.40μg / kg, respectively. Under the three spiked levels of 2.00, 20.0 and 40.0 μg / L, the recoveries of three elements ranged from 92% to 109% with relative standard deviations of 4.64% -7.55%. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient before processing, the detection time is short, and the precision is high. The method is suitable for the determination of trace elements such as vanadium, cobalt and molybdenum in nuts.
