酒店服务对提高酒店服务质量非常重要。从社会心理学的角度来说,目前较为流行的对酒店服务意识的定义其本质是一种对客服务态度。增强酒店员工对客服务意识应该从利用各类群体中的领袖人物表达对提高对客服务意识的认可、从各个方面体现对良好对客服务意识的认可、改变对客服务的认知,强调对客服务的重要性几方面入手。对客服务服务意识培养中还应分清服务行为和服务意思的关系等问题。
