科学发展观提出后,全面协调可持续成为我们不断提倡的发展课题。经济的可持续发展成为我国经济发展中格外关注的问题,水利经济作为经济中不可或缺的一部分,它的发展在新形势之下也必然要适应时代的潮流。通过创新和改革有效的方法,更好的开发和更有效率的利用我国的水土资源,才能促进水利经济的可持续发展。我国农村的城镇化及城市生态化发展都离不开水,因此水利事业的发展需要全民的参与,共同努力。
After the scientific concept of development is put forward, comprehensive and coordinated sustainability has become a topic we constantly promote. Economic sustainable development has become a special concern in China’s economic development. As an indispensable part of the economy, water conservancy economy must adapt to the trend of the times under the new situation. Through innovation and effective reform methods, better development and more efficient use of water and land resources in our country, can we promote the sustainable development of water conservancy. Therefore, the development of water conservancy needs the participation of the whole people and the joint efforts.
