在高炉生产中,当采取各种的措施来提高单位有效容积生产量的同时,也应该采取相应的措施来降低产品的成本.解决这个问题最主要的一个措施就是在不断的改善高炉各种生产条件的基础上提高热风温度.近年来,热风温度已有了很大的提高,在冶炼一般生铁时很多厂已达到1000℃左右,冶炼特殊生铁时风温更高一些.但是,现在不能说风温已经达到它的极限了.很显然,只要改善高炉操作的条件,采取一些相应的措施,在可能的条件下改造有关设备,提高风温还有着很大的潜力.
