1984年2月27日国务院发布了《关于在我国统一实行法定计量单位的命令》,确定了以国际单位制的单位为基础的我国法定计量单位,规定了具体的实施措施和步骤。这是进一步统一我国计量制的一个重要决策,是关系到我国经济建设以及科学技术、文化教育的发展和国际交流的一件大事。按有关文件规定,本刊从1986年1月1日起开始使用国家规定的法定计量单位。希广大作者从1985年11月起为本刊投稿时亦能使用法定计量单位。现将有关文件和规定转载如下,供广大作者和读者参考应用。
On February 27, 1984, the State Council promulgated the “Order on Uniform Implementation of Statutory Units of Measurement in China,” which established the legal measurement unit in China based on the units of the SI system and stipulated specific implementation measures and steps. This is an important decision to further unify our country's measurement system and is a major event that has an impact on the economic development and the development of science, technology, culture and education as well as international exchanges in our country.
